I have been in the tech industry since I was 16 working on computers and started working at a Datacenter when I was 18. I then held various positions as network manager and technician in the telecom and internet service provider field and gained a ton of knowledge about the inner workings of the internet. I started the business itself about 7 years ago and began the process of wading into the B2B IT Market, trying to figure out what is most important to small businesses. The rest is history.
Liz DelSignore joined our team in 2021 and will be taking on a role in heading up our customer facing technical engagement. She will also be assisting us behind the scenes in making your experience with us more streamlined and adding value to our offerings by improving our standard operating procedures and internal processes as we seek to help your business tackle the unprecedented CyberSecurity and Business Process challenges of the post 2020 business world.

Morgan started as a graphic designer doing designs for trade show displays at many of the nation’s leading venues. She came to Hexis to help us improve our marketing and operations and since then we have built our marketing operation from the ground up.
Morgan makes slight improvements everyday getting us in front of more customers and keeping our operations running as smooth as possible.

We push back on your internet providers, cell phone companies, TV providers, e-commerce platforms, and other vendors that your business uses and hold them accountable for their promises to you. In several situations, we have come into a company with poor internet or connection issues for months or even years. With a few phone calls and some work on our end, we identified the cause of the issue and pressured the company to fix their problems. By having this extensive knowledge of all the different moving parts that go into a given service, we can deliver real results, not pass blame.
